Manuscript addition of "Proposed pipeline" from the River Stour to near the River Thames, to "South Essex Company’s Area of Supply".

No print code. No Thaxted, Tollesbury or Corringham light branch lines (Thaxted opened 1913). Adverts in in cover refer to Adventurous Practical Flying (1918), Book of the Ford (1919) and Motor Road (1919), and hence assigned date of publication, although underlying map 10 or more years earlier.
