Makes a big point of having Road Numbers on the map (introduced 1922); has Southend Arterial (1925) & East Ham bypass dualled (1928), but Stanford-le-Hope not bypassed (1929/35); no railway to Allhallows (opened 1932), so if between 1928 & 1932 estimate of 1930.
